the block party got rained out but people were still trying to make the best of it while Don Omar, lumidee and Baby Rasta y Gringo hit the stage, before they was up I was tortured by a group called T Weapons or something, boy was it horrible.  The actual parade was cool, nice weather and the usual pride in the air….
